SUNDAY 15th MAY

 

This Sunday 15th May La Manga Cricket Club are holding a Junior Cricket Festival supported by the MCC and sponsored by Cricket Travel Ltd.

It is going to be a Family day for all to enjoy so please come down and support the day which is aimed at promoting cricket across Europe and Spain.

 

Whether you are local residents or on holiday and have children from Age 6 to 13 then you are invited to attend this FREE day.

10.30 Register players

11.00 Brief Intro with players and coaches

11.10 Coaching sessions: Batting Bowling catching and fielding.

12.30 Leg sided games with teams of mixed ability

13.15 Lunch: during lunch we will have a throwing and catching competition

14.00 Soft ball Tournament teams represented from clubs and schools mixed ages and ability

16.00 Hard ball match for more experienced players, players and teams selected on the day

18.00 Presentations

 

- Raffle tickets on sale during the day

- Refreshment tent with snacks and drinks during the day

- Bar-B-cue

- Pimms Tent for the traditionalists

- Games area

- Ice Cream Van
