Husband and wife team, Hugh and Fiona James, started MURCIA VILLAS back in 2002 in very modest premises in the small village of Los Belones; close to the exclusive, and first, golf resort in Murcia, La Manga Club Resort.  Today there are 3 Murcia Villas offices across the region, located in the towns of Balsicas, Los Belones and Sucina.

Chris Whent Murcia Villas La MangaChris Whent runs the Murcia Villas La Manga office specialising in Property Sales.  Chris has been living in Murcia full time since 2007 with his wife Jane. He and Jane set up and ran Murcia Villas La Torre before moving back to their own home in La Manga to run the La Manga office. With his honest and professional approach, Chris has taken property sales for the office in Los Belones from strength to strength with a record number of sales achieved this year despite difficult economic circumstances.

Jane Whent Murcia Villas La MangaJane Whent runs the Murcia Villas La Manga office specialising in Property Rentals for both holiday bookings and long term lets. Jane has been living in Murcia full time since 2007, she and husband Chris set up and successfully ran Murcia Villas La Torre before moving back to their own home in La Manga to run the La Manga office. Jane has worked extremely hard to maintain a good level of long term lets and increased holiday bookings for the La Manga properties over the past two years. Jane is very friendly and is extremely helpful and will often go the extra mile to ensure clients receive a fantastic service.

Florencia was born and rasied in Madrid. Florencia worked for a large jewellery company that imports and exports jewellery from around the world.  She thoroughly enjoyed her time there but decided after 5 years working in the jewel business that she would like a change of scene and move closer to the coast.
