Andy House.

He has worked extensively within the Financial Services Recruitment market, recruiting financial planners for banking organisations, large national independent financial advisers and small businesses across the United Kingdom, and ran his own recruitment company across a 5 year period as well as working for one of the UK’s biggest financial services recruitment business.

For the last 18 months Andy has been studying and training to become a fully qualified independent financial adviser himself, working alongside Harvesting (UK) Ltd, an IFA based in the West Country and with clients across the UK.

Andy has used his sales and marketing background to develop new business opportunities for Harvesting (UK) Ltd, and this is how he met Hugh and Fiona at Murcia Villas SL.

The two businesses now work well together, passing referral business in both directions, and Andy is now working hard to develop a network of introducers across the UK whose clients will be interested in buying property within the Murcia Villas / Resort Morocco franchise areas.

He is also assisting with the search for new franchisees and marketing opportunities to continue the development of the Murcia Villas / Resort Morocco and the new Resort Worldwide brand.

Andy is married to Alison and has two children, Emily (7) and Ollie (4). They moved to Murcia in July 2010, although Andy still works within the UK on a monthly basis.
