About Murcia Villas La Manga

Murcia Villas SL comenzados en el año de 2002, con un licencia para la venta y mantemientos de casas y los servicios de gestión de los clientes que habían comprado casas en la Costa Calida de Murcia. El equipo de Hugh y Fiona James pronto amplió la gama y la variedad de características y de servicios que ofrecieron.

Nuestro oficinas están en Balsicas, Los Belones y Sucina.

Chris Whent runs the Murcia Villas La Manga office specialising in Property Sales.  Chris has been living in Murcia full time since 2007 with his wife Jane. He and Jane set up and ran Murcia Villas La Torre before moving back to their own home in La Manga to run the La Manga office. With his honest and professional approach, Chris has taken property sales for the office in Los Belones from strength to strength with a record number of sales achieved this year despite difficult economic circumstances.

Jane Whent runs the Murcia Villas La Manga office specialising in Property Rentals for both holiday bookings and long term lets. Jane has been living in Murcia full time since 2007, she and husband Chris set up and successfully ran Murcia Villas La Torre before moving back to their own home in La Manga to run the La Manga office. Jane has worked extremely hard to maintain a good level of long term lets and increased holiday bookings for the La Manga properties over the past two years. Jane is very friendly and is extremely helpful and will often go the extra mile to ensure clients receive a fantastic service.

Florencia works full time for Murcia Villas La Manga and is based in their office in Los Belones.

Florencia was born and rasied in Madrid. Florencia worked for a large jewellery company that imports and exports jewellery from around the world.  She thoroughly enjoyed her time there but decided after 5 years working in the jewel business that she would like a change of scene and move closer to the coast.

Andy House is our Business Development Officer and is happy to meet clients or introducers / collaborators based in the UK that are considering moving or buying in Spain, therefore answering any initial questions you may have and ensuring when you visit Murcia you view the properties that meet your criteria.

Andy has been involved in the sales industry in the UK for the last 10 years.
