There are no translations available. Spanish Wills If you own a property in Spain it is essential that you have a proper Spanish Will drawn up by your spanish lawyer so that in the unfortunate event of your death the property is inherited by your heirs. Spanish property, whether it is physical bricks and mortar or a bank account or investment, is not included under a UK Will and a separate Will must be made for Spanish assets. The process is remarkably simple and straight forward. The Spanish abogado or gestoria who dealt with the purchase of your property will be able to advise you on your Will. You give them the details of your requirements and heirs and they will draft a Will to your requirements. This in then signed at the Notary Office. Costs may vary, please check with your solicitor for their specific charges. |
