BACK TO WORK

After two long months here in Spain it now seems that we can now gradually return back to work albeit under very strict rules and guidelines set out by the Spanish Government whilst the country still remains in a “a state of alarm”, as it battles the horrendous effects of the Corona virus. 

Murcia Villas is extremely anxious that it operates within the regulations of the ease of the lockdown to protect the health and safety of all its clients, customers and staff. 

We are pleased to announce that we will be returning back to work on Monday 11 May; however this will be on an “appointment only” basis. We will be able to welcome people to come and see us at a prior, agreed scheduled time; conforming to the social distancing measures outlined by the Government. We will also be able to carry out viewings for our clients of properties either for sales or lettings.  This will need to be done on a pre-agreed appointment. We would kindly request that clients give a minimum 24 hour notice so we can prepare and ensure we adhere to the health and safety measures stipulated.

From 11 May we will be carrying out a programme to ensure that all the properties listed for sale will have a bespoke short video so you will be able to “walk round” the property on a virtual tour, allowing you to view from your current location.  We can also carry out virtual viewings of properties via Whatsapp, FaceTime or Skype by appointment and you will be able to chat with with the agent who has listed the property inside the property in real time.  

And finally of course all the team at Murcia Villas look forward to seeing all our clients, both new and old here in Spain, as soon as its possible.
